Do you take custom orders for things that are not listed on your website for sale?
Yes. Due to my full time residency, I have narrowed my product line to only my most popular items. During this time I welcome any leather or lumber custom project. Some of my favorite past projects have been based on photos sent in by customers from name brand stores, Pinterest, Instagram, etc. Send me an email or fill out the form under the 'Contact' page. Don't forget to send the photo too!
How long does it take to make my order?
It depends on the size of the project. Smaller leather goods (e.g single card wallets and Yeti sleeves) have typically ranged between 12-14 business days. Larger leather goods (e.g. multiple card wallets and gun slings) have averaged between 15-20 business days. Lumber and other projects vary depending on complexity - on average will take anywhere between 4-6 weeks. Send me a quick message and I can give a better estimated time frame for your particular project.
What if I am not happy with my product?
I strive for my customers to be happy with all of my products. For any defective product we will replace it at any time at no charge (shipping not included). Any items that has initials, custom artwork, or any other type of personalization cannot be returned. Any furniture or adjustments to furniture can be corrected but will be at additional fees agreed upon before starting the projects. Examples include pick up and/or drop off fees not included in adjustment. Examples of adjustments are table heights, bench lengths, hanging shelves, restaining, etc.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We can deliver in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area for an additional nominal fee. We can discuss this prior to starting the project.
Why is shipping and tax not separated out on my purchase?
All taxes are included in the price of your product. All shipping costs are included in the price of your product unless otherwise noted. If shipping costs exceed $50 for any single item, the customer will be responsible for the additional fees. I will email you directly before finalizing

I have shipped from California to New York, although many of my customers are local to Texas. At this time I only ship within the lower 48 United States. No international shipping. Check back in the future - we hope to at some point.
